PERFORMANCE THAT PACKS, BICYCLES THAT FLY

Welcome to Bike Friday

Welcome to Bike Friday, where we believe the bicycle is still the most efficient, human-centred form of transportation ever designed.

We exist to offer elegant, personal solutions to modern problems: reducing reliance on car culture, supporting healthier lives, and strengthening communities, one thoughtfully built bike at a time.

Each Bike Friday is made to order, because every rider is different. We listen first, build with care, and stand behind our work. We don’t just want to build bikes; we want to build long-term relationships rooted in service, not just transactions.

Our guiding belief is simple: a bicycle should amplify your life. It should fit you, reflect you, and be there when you need it wherever you are in the world.

Adventure Cycling: Alaska

Arlen Hall blogs about his Adventure Cycling trip to Alaska on his Bike Friday.

Mayor’s Visit

The group included 18 officials who are in Eugene for the Mayor’s Innovation Project Summer Meeting. According to its website, the Mayor’s Innovation Project, based at […]

A Fun-raiser video

We recently received this note from Bike Friday owners Don and Linda Wagner: Thought you might be interested in the Youtube video of a bike trip my wife Linda and I took in May from Cincinnati to Delaware, Ohio on our Pocket Rockets. The 150 mile trip was a fund raiser for my 50th college […]

Test flight

We recently received this note from Customer Graham Smith, who previously chronicled his first train trip with his Bike Friday: Jane and I have just done our first tour involving plane flights with our Bike Fridays. Just a short one to try out ourselves and the bikes with planes. It worked really well. I wrote […]

tikit to McKenzie Pass

Bike Friday owner Susan Reed wrote on her blog riding her tikit from Sisters to Eugene, over the McKenzie Pass. First you will notice my background theme has changed. My profile has changed, too. Both are intentional. From 2005-2013 all of my blog posts focused on my cycling adventures and accomplishments on my 2-wheel recumbent. […]
