Not finding what you are looking for?
The items listed here are the easiest for us to ship to you. Many items we build from scratch in our Oregon bike shop. Other items we order from around the world. Some items can be stocked in smaller supply or only carried by a few vendors so take longer to ship to you. Long lead-time items are not listed here. If you are looking for something you don’t see here please email us at service@bikefriday.com. We will see what time line it will take to get the item to you. Thank you for your patience!
Parts Order Return Policy:
Returns are possible within 2 weeks of receiving date, after Bike Friday approval with an RMA number. Item must be in new, unaltered condition for a refund. Customer pays return shipping. Refund may take up to 4 weeks to process. Contact info@bikefriday.com to start the return process.
Parts Order Warranty:
If you receive a part that is defective, in its new original construction, we will refund your money minus shipping Only after you contact info@bikefriday.com for an RMA number and we receive your item back to inspect its condition. This warranty covers components and accessories purchased on our Bike Friday Web Store Only. Claims must be made through Bike Friday (Green Gear Cycling). Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not cover improper assembly, improper use or normal wear and tear. Under no circumstance shall Bike Friday (Green Gear Cycling) be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
