Fuel prices are at an all-time high, and the cost of getting around continues to increase. At Bike Friday, we wanted to offer a practical solution.
We’re in a unique position to do that. The folding nature of many of our models makes them a genuine replacement for a car in many situations, while also enabling multi-modal transport—combining riding with cars, buses, or trains in a way that most bikes can’t.
We’ve always priced our bikes as low as we feasibly can, with accessibility in mind. At the same time, we understand that a full-priced custom bike isn’t within everyone’s budget.
With that in mind, we looked at our lineup to see if there was a way to lower the barrier further for those of you looking to save money, while still valuing build quality, performance, and a proper fit.
Here is what you get: An eye popping price for the same high quality steel frame built to your personal measurements, with simple components to get you riding this summer, 8 speeds, trigger shift, v-brake and flat bars.
This frame has the geometry spacing and braze-ons to allow you to upgrade your components to other industry standard parts when ever you want to, and it carries the same 10 year frame warranty as all other Bike Fridays do.
Only offered in basic solid colors. No component upgrade options for this price. If you want other parts you can purchase them in addition and install yourself, or you can pay the full custom price and we are happy to build a full custom Bike Friday for you.
