I’m looking for a suspension seatpost for my Bike Friday. What do you recommend? What diameter post do I need?
Bike Friday offers two widths of seatposts; 28.6mm and 27.0mm. You can look on the back of your current seatpost to determine which size you have now.

Currently, we only offer suspension seatpost for masts that accept 28.6mm diameter seatposts. We have two options available. The Cane Creek Thudbuster brand is designed for riders with shorter inseams, because the length of the post can be cut down. The Tamer Post Centrik brand looks more like a normal seatpost, but its length cannot be altered.
You may want to consider upgrading to the Air bike series (AirFriday, AirGlide, AirLlama), which uses a titanium boom for rear suspension. See bikefriday.com’s AirFriday page for more information.
