Symptoms
Bike not shifting correctly; something is stopping the rear end from dropping nicely into place when unfolding the bike.
Causes
Hyperfold cable crushing the gear cable under the bottom bracket. The rubber O-ring that attempts to solve this problem breaks.
Solutions
As at 1 October, 2008, it looks like we need to cable-tie the gear cables to the third ‘dinosaur’ leg – this makes it impossible for the cables to get crushed; we just figured this out and I will implement it in the line. – Rob English
