I have a Green Gear Family Tandem. Is it possible to purchase and install the triple insert into the tandem?
Solutions
Unfortunately, the answer is no. There are many reasons for this, first of which is an alignment issue. The tolerances as far as putting the bike together, and lining up all of the cable guides, are so tight, that it makes it impossible to do it retro-actively.
There is another solution though. We do offer a minimum 40% trade in value of your current bicycle towards the purchase of a new bicycle. This may not sound like the best option, but there have been a lot of upgrades made to the Family Tandem recently, and you may find that it is well worth the investment.
