We were very proud to present this Bike Friday All-Packa at this year’s MADE show. This gravel-focused special was dreamed up by Walter Lapchynski, who was given full freedom to explore what the ultimate All-Packa for gravel could look like. The outcome reflects both creativity and practicality, a bike designed with real riders in mind, and one that introduces a few notable firsts for us.
Thru-Axle Dropouts
Now an option on the All-Packa, shaped by hub availability and rider requests. Boost spacing brings clear benefits, and it was encouraging to hear that echoed at the show. (QR’s still available.)
Power Bronze
A new paint scheme by our master painter Leo, inspired by the Power Stone. This hammer-tone finish creates a warm bronze metallic look that shines in the sun.
Spittable flaired Drop bars
Gravel Calls for Wide, Flared Bars The Salsa Cowchipper Splittable Drop Bars solve this neatly, offering gravel control while packing down into a suitcase.
