Here is your chance to own a one-of-a-kind Bike Friday built by Alan Scholz himself. This bike was originally built as a prototype by Alan to experiment with different O.S.A.T.A. platforms, and it’s too good not to be ridden.
It has been kitted out with upgraded rims and drivetrain, a two-tone paint scheme, disc brakes, and slick tires, so it stops as fast as it rides—rounding out what is truly a one-of-a-kind bike.
To be clear this bike does not fold. It has a frame that has a wide size adjustment capability in the main frame, seat-mast and handlebar stem. The main frame also can be taken apart in the middle by loosening several bolt clamps. This allows the bike to be dissembled to fit in a car trunk or packed into an airline check-able suitcase.
