A: Bike Friday is a build to order manufacturer. You will be contacted within 1 business day to confirm your order and give you a promise date. Build dates can vary seasonally from 30 to 60 days typically. Your Bike Friday Design expert will discuss all the options with you before finalizing the date.

Q: I want to build a unique bike with some high-end design changes. How does that work?

A: You can order an Elite Custom bike build by talking to a Bike Friday Design Expert. Start with a consultation by contacting us at 1-800-777-0258 or 541-687-0487 and a real person will answer the phone! Our hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5:30 pm west coast time.
