Does the tikit pack any smaller than other bike fridays?
How small of a case can it fit into? Something small enough to be an airline carry-on?

it's intented to go into the standard suitcase.. but with a lot less disassembly than one of the traditional bike fridays.
however, it is possible that it could fit into a carry-on. you should buy one and try it out! :D

the standard suitcase is actually oversized isn't it? (>62 inches)
It would be nice if it could be taken as a carryon. I could put it together while waiting for my checked baggage, instead of waiting for the checked baggage and then putting it together. Although I suppose if it really is a lot less disassembly then not being able to overlap the two downtimes wouldn't be so bad.
In any case, you're the one selling the bike. You should find out how small it could be packed and tell us whether or not it meets standard carryon spec. Unless you want to offer me a discount to buy it and give it a try. :D

i agree with these concerns. sometimes i don't want a hard suitcase/trailer when i get to my destination. wasn't there an air glide carry on wheelie in the past? i'm more inclined toward something like this: http://www.carryfreedom.com/city.html
