Bike Friday: Family Tandem, Built To Order tikit

Now here's a scary proposition, at least in my mind: People around here tell me I'm the new face of Bike Friday.

It's not like I'm the new cover boy for the company. In reality, I'm the showroom host here. That means, chances are very high, that the first person you see when you come to visit us will be me. The face of Bike Friday.

But who's the man behind that face?

I've been an owner of five Bike Friday's for nine years. Before I came to Bike Friday for a paycheck, I came with a checkbook. I was an owner first.

We own an Air Llama, Family Tandem, Pocket Metro, Pocket Rocket Pro, and a tikit. Working at Bike Friday allows me to be a bike commuter! My Bike Fridays have allowed me a life change that I am proud of. I'm back to my roots.

As a young man I toured from Seattle to Santa Cruz, CA twice. I've ridden, Cycle Oregon twice, done a Double Century (now known as the STP) three times, and spent countless miles on cycling tours around the state of Oregon.

I've traveled with my Bike Friday to California, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Australia, and Hawaii. Choosing to become a member of the Bike Friday Family led me to become a part of the Bike Friday Consulting
team today.
